I dont like row 6 or exit rows because the dividers are solid. If you are a side sleeper this can be annoying. If the flight is going to be full though, it's fine. If the flight is not full I prefer to go for a window in E+ far enough up so as not to recline into the exit row and have reduced recline but far enough back to have a better chance of preserving the middle seat block. If all goes well, the middle seat stays free and you can put the divider up and lean over more.
