As someone that can buy higher fares, I am happy for the 2 SWU:1 SSWU ratio that AP gives. I always run out of certs even if I maximize them when choosing benefits.

The bump up from 10K to 15K to 20K for certs really hurt. As a result, I buy lower fares when I'm out of certs. AC loses at least 50% (pure) profit from me everytime this happens.
