For the most part, these two aircraft are fairly similar in capacity, and are even more similar once some 763s are converted to the new F/C class:
New 763: 6F/26C/151Y, Tota: 184
I've not been able to figure out why the 763s are swapped with 752s on this route except for what you stated above about reconfiguring the 763s with the new seats.
I'll guess on Friday I'll find out which one I'm on. *fingers crossed for 763 and an op-up*
