Good observation. Plus, consider the fairly similar capacities (for domestic routing purposes) of the 757 and 3-cabin 767:
757: 24F/158F, Total: 182
763: 10F/32C/151Y, Total: 193
For the most part, these two aircraft are fairly similar in capacity, and are even more similar once some 763s are converted to the new F/C class:
New 763: 6F/26C/151Y, Total: 183
