i agree with all of the posts in this forum. for all of the dissatisfaction of the original poster (OP), he is a sample set of one. but, i do really like the boston starwoods...and, particularly, the Westin Waterfront. and, yes, the hotel industry has enjoyed high occupancy and high rates. it's funny that hotels can increase price when occupancy goes up, but airlines still struggle maintaining prices.
