One of the reasons I don't fly UA (old, ratty planes and TED aside), is this over-the-top sense of entitlement the employees have, and how many of them treat paying customers - from the RCC dragon matrons, to the snarky counter and gate staff down to some of the senior flight attendants who could make the Wicked Witch of the West cry.
