One other small tip. On almost all of these drop down menus you do not need to use the drop down, but simply type in letters as we discussed. But the arrow keys also work. So if you tab into a state drop down, you do not know if they are using official abreviations or the whole name. Type the first letter of the state name and then using the down arrow to scroll through all the state names from that point forward.

Some people will think that this is more work and time than using the drop down, but once you get accustomed to it, it is much faster than using the mouse.
