Why? As I said before, I don't pay any extra for a smoking hotel room. The smell doesn't come out of there either, but after one cigarette, I don't notice. And because its a smoking room and you're not in it, you don't notice either. They don't do anything special to those rooms - at least not at the ICH hotels I've been at. The penalty? Sure, I'll go along with that...but I'll risk it anyways since I always have the windows down.

I'm not a heavy smoker, but I'll fight to my shortened-life death to defend the right to do it.
