G Boac, Sant and the rest of the BA Apologists!

G-BOAC - It’s obvious that you either work for BA or you're an investor. I thought this was forum to discuss things. I don't know nor really care where the disconnect is here.

When i was in London after returning from Naples, the British people that we met were embarrassed and upset over what had been happening with BA's customer’s baggage. However here, you people seem to take the tact that BA should not be punished for their reckless negligence.

I don't know if Saint is an attorney or not, but one thing is clear, he has no insight to US class action lawsuits. I understand in your country, there are basically two types of lawyers, those who plead cases in court and those who do the rest of the legal work. I believe Barristers are the ones who plead court cases. From Saint's posting, I seriously doubt he is one who does court work.

He rants about "Proof". Yes on a given situation there may or may not have been recklessness. But let me ask you Einstein’s, one question. Just where along the continuum of a MILLION passengers being adversely impacted do YOU think Recklessness begins?

I will answer that for you, when BA became aware that its customers faced an unacceptable risk of having their bags lost. At some point BA should have taken the steps to correct the problem, or at the minimum warned their customers. Did either of these happen? The answer is NO.

Let’s go back to the Definition of Reckless which started this whole debate. Recklessness is the lack of concern for the impact ones actions have. I submit to you BA Apologists, that BA's actions during the last 2 years can be defined as "Reckless".

I will not post here any more. Whats the point? Rather then deal with the issues, and understand what is going to transpire (I mean the process here you seem to want to cheer someones misconcetions of our system.

Saint seems to think that what I have done in posting here is a NO NO. Obviously Saint has NOT read the filed Complaint. Had he read it, i have said nothing more then what is there. It’s a matter of public record.

Don
