First of all, many have not even been paid. Secondly, No BA did not have signatures required.

As for Proof, Saint Claims he is an attorney. My in England. In This country there is a process knows as "Discovery". Once a lawsuit is filed, then records of the defendent are obtianed, depositions, etc.

IN CASE NO ONE IS LISTENING Here, that's the process of obtaining the PROOF!!!! Sheeeeeeeeesh This is NOT a British Court its an American Court.

The mere facts that a Million passengers have been impaired in the last year alone should tell you there is PROOF there.

But you guys in London keep slapping each other on the back. Big Tabacco took the same position, and look what it got them.

As for my comments regarding 1776, get a clue, this is NOT going to be run by the British Legal Sytem. From what i can garner is Sants positon, to fille a lawsuit, one my have the entire SMOKING GUN first. In this Country, If it Walks Like a DUCK, Quacks Like a Duck, Flys Like a Duck and Looks Like a DUCK, its probably a DUCK. As such, the judge will approve this as a class action lawsuit.
