Make sure that your "E-mail Contacts" address is not your phone's email/text message address. Otherwise, test it by un-checking everything in that column. If that fails, TTU or call the nwa.com support line to report the problem.
Well I checked the e-mail addies as I said before, but that didn't help. Next I cleared the OLCI reminder column completely, it's not like I'm going to forget to do OLCI without it. That obviously didn't work either because I got a text reminder for the TPA/MEM/LAX portion of my trip, so last night I spent about two hours on the phone with tech support. The supervisor walked her through the process to stop these text messages for OLCI. This morning I got another OLCI reminder text message for the LAX/DTW/PVD portion! I guess when I have another hour to kill on hold and another hour for them to do whatever they have to do, I'll try again.
On the brighter side, I got the UGs for my first half of this trip (TPA/MEM/LAX/DTW/PVD). I'm hoping for a VDB on my PVD/MSP (P3,F3, Y5 and all 0s), and right now nwa.com is only offering P seats for sale.
