Sorry to hear that US has disintegrated into this sad stage!

I am actually very disturbed by the service on your last segment. The purser actually told passengers to serve himself a drink from the galley. For most F/As, the galley is a pretty sacred place and passengers are not allowed to touch it. I think a letter to US is a must.

But well at least you got one good flight!
