Hot towels have abounded on my recent flights... though a pet peeve of mine is to be seated in the last row of C on a 777 in a starboard aisle seat-- you're the last to get hot towels, and they're really only tepid by then.

As for PremEx's tiki spears: you get them on LAX- and SFO-JFK premium transcons with your little bowl of breakfast fruit--- I suppose the kitchen figures they might as well use them. Sort of puts you in the mood for a luau, not JFK's horrendous taxi lines...
