Is it just me or does it seem like the hot towel service is disappearing from the first class of UA domestic flights? Last night, I flew first class from BDL-ORD and, once again, no hot towel. Now, I know there are bigger things in life to worry about, but I always liked getting that hot towel at the end of the flight. It was a nice first class perk. I assume UA still offers it on internation business and first class. But, come on, is it that much trouble to pour some hot water on wash cloths and hand them out to 8 or so people.
