Good question---and I can only offer guesses since I don't know the region or CO OPSC well enough to figure it out for sure.
Here are my guesses, ranked in order of suspected probability
1asia (under the "russian far east" that you noted)
2middle east (proximity to middle east more than europe)
3europe
Would looking at Aeroflot's website and reward information give a better idea?
Either way, I'd say that your only way to actually find out is by calling OPSC and asking them to build a sample routing to calculate the miles needed.
