Yes - Hyundai Tucson (Q6). My first time in Tampa. NO Gold service. Got to counter. Car not ready. Agent offered me a Taurus. I suggested as a PC that a mandatory upgrade was part of the deal. He hummed and hawed. Then asked a colleague, who said an upgrade is "optional". This is was pretty lame service. Eventually he gave me the Tucson.
