I've enjoyed the 10% savings on the chase CO cards for two years now, one on a personal card and one on a business card. No more 10%, so it's time to say goodbye. I would like my wife to get a card, so we can keep up the 10% discount, but while she has a U.S. social security card, she works in Brasil and his no real credit history card. I would like to cosign for this new card in her name, but the phone rep I spoke with says they would only investigate the cardholder's history, meaning most likely no card.

This doesn't sound right to me.

Any suggestions on how to pursue this and get the card, her name, her miles, with my cosign?
