BA lost my baggage twice in a row recently (and I mean lost, not delayed) and I still love the ad. I think it's just brilliant. And it is so much better than the previous ones with those dreadful dolphins.

And thank you for bringing back the 'Flower duet'. When I saw the ads before this one I was afraid they were going to ditch it for once and for all.
