This is the link to install the desktop software. But you also need to have your outlook (I assume you use outlook) on the same computer.
But then again you are now probably breaking 2 company rules 1) install software on computer without permission 2) trying to switch your bb.
Maybe ask if you can pay for a new unit but that it will belong to the company?
