I hope you are right. But things can change so fast in an intermediate city such as NRT. One of our AMS-DTW flights, NW 53, was oversold by 23 in at about 7 the a.m. of the departure day. It left with no volunteers needed.
After looking at this again I think your chances are very good. It is the BKK-NRT seg that is loaded and there is next to nothing for availability to NRT that day. Good luck! $750, a hotel for another night in BKK and Biz would be a nice score indeed!
