Ummmm, I got just the opposite. I had made a MC FFN reservation at the Bridgewater Summerfield Suites last Sat. The original res showed up prior to my arrival. I checked in on Sat afternoon-- but did not bother to physically 'check out' on Sun am. Since then, nothing-- my original reservation doesn't show on Hyatt anymore, I haven't received the credit for the stay/FFN and can't claim it as a missing reservation as it hasn't been 14 days since my stay My credit card was charged, but thats about all I have to show that I was there.
