I thought 2 hrs would be sufficient ...

Now, if I were to increase that window of time by taking a later intra-EU flight ex LHR so that there is sufficient time to handle the manual luggage transfer between T1 and T4 and the re-checking-in or fast-drop ...

Would you then be inclined to do so in order to reduce the risk of luggage going astray given the bad record of LHR especially when it comes to the luggage transfers between T1 and T4 ?
