While I agree with DFW-Sen and Rambuster, I consider AUA should have offered some compensation to the the serbian gentleman.

In the last few months I have been stranded due to bad weather in Zurich and Munich, and always they have offered hotel accomodation, dinner,... to every passenger, regarding of the class they were flying and/or status
