Likely not, but you might run into the one day crackdown. The general recommendation would be declare the property and expect to pay tax and duty (if any) on the difference between $400+tax US and $400 CDN. For the duty on $50/$60 dollars, customs is likely to not say anything. But declare it or you risk problems if you are stopped.
