Yes I actually wanted to start a similar thread but figured my ISP connection just had to be the problem. I'm glad you speaked out Droneklax. I am about to have enough of it. It takes for ever and ever. What can we do ?

Nothing but UAL could do something. Slow during problem times (summer strikes, weather) is understandable but slow at 10pm EST when Europe sleeps, Eastern US sleeps, Western US enjoy dinner and Asians wake-up and clear sky everywhere defies my logic !

I'm not a computer person but is it possible that UA had too switch to a system this summer which garanteed connection to the first page for angry cust. but decreased accessibility to the rest of the website in compensation ?

Time to do something UA ! Wake-up United.
