I've emailed the Elite desk to find out exactly what the situation is. The thing with my particular reservations is that I have earned a number of Premium Pounds coupons from this summer's VISA promo and wanted to use them for these reservations. If the property is re-opening as a non-Marriott, I would not be able to use the coupons.
