Was in Buenoes Aires at Xmas.

It was called for VERY excellent reasons the Paris Of The South.

Visit Newark or Cleveland or El Paso and then tell me BUE is "primitive"!

I am going to Santiago this Xmas. Also very sophisticated. Lima, Quito, Cuzco, La Paz, etc and others are a different ball game, but UA do not fly there.

30,000 flown mles to Buenos Aires from Sydney via Calgary(!) and Washington and Miami and even Boise! Why Boise? Why NOT! The fare allowed it.

Cost, which is non seasonal is $A2300 or $US1265 round trip for 30,000 status miles. Gives me lots of stopovers possible in USA in each direction. TWO Systemwides will upgrade the entire 30,000 miles.

These fares are a "published" fare by UA. BUE is common rated with GIG, GRU, MVD and SCL. You can book them all year round at thse prices. Summer, Winter, holidays etc.
