I would take a decent job in Northeastern Brazil in a heartbeat, and it is surely one of the most "primative" areas in SA.

But, as to the topic, SA fares, for whatever reason, ARE very high. This is why I choose to almost always use award tickets to fly there. I generally get a 6.5 - 7.0 cents per mile spent value. I can't wait till Oct.!!
