More Enterprise tricks-bogus insurance charge
I rented a car from Enterprise at MSY (I know, swore I'd never do it again) and declined all insurance, and initialed all the waivers on the contract.
So when I return the car, the clerk with the portable printer says, "With our full coverage, your total is $xx.xx," about double what it was supposed to be.
She had to go inside the building to correct the amount, never asked to see the contract.
If someone was in a hurry to catch a plane, they might not notice something like that. If it was any other company, I might think it was an honest mistake. But seeing Enterprise in action pushing their overpriced insurance (even after you decline it!) makes me think they were trying to pull a fast one.
