1. No. You have to call and then either mail it in or take it to the airport to finish the transaction.
2. Call US Airways reservations 800-428-4322 (unless you are preferred then call the number on your card)
3. Agent roulette. If you get a phone agent who doesn't seem to be helpful or know what to do, then hang up and call again.
