It's a big business, if you don't show up,someone else will. All day long there are complaints,bathrooms not clean,parking sucks,not enough places to eat or not the right kind of food. The list goes on and on. Sure, to your face they sympathize with you but I'm sure that they do the same to us also. It's a game they play. The ticket agents wish there were more kiosks to avoid you. Most of them have had enough of the whining and cannot wait to retire or move on but the unions have screwed them to the point where they have too stay longer. The airport is one place that doesn't cater to how important you perceive yourself to be. It's not about rights like most of you claim, it's that your egos are not being stroked. Just get in line like everybody else
