I enrolled in SPG late May of this year, made Gold at the end of June, and made Plat the first week of August. I have yet to receive any card or membership packet regardless of the level, but that's okay - I figure that all of the details are readily available on the website (or here) and I probably wouldn't carry the card with me anyhow.
