I take your point but I do seem to recall an instance where someone here was put on a FinnAir flight by FinnAir agents in Helsinki when BA screwed up royally...can't locate it with 'search' but perhaps someone else recalls this too ?
You're correct - but at Helsinki Finnair is (or maybe, was, according to recent posts) actually the handling agent for BA. Like BA is the handling agent for AY at LHR.
