Thats very interesting, most cabin crew have little or no ground experience and we read our company newsletters and are told how wonderful and seamless OneWorld is...I genuinely believed the rhetoric - another illusion shattered! I know we've stopped saying things like "don't worry they'll hold the plane for you" but when I tell passengers OneWorld will sort it out because we are all one family - I meant it!
