It's simple and easy.

ANA have an online award redemption tool across all *A flights. You have to join ANA but can sign up on their website and go straight to the booking system. They'll send you a nice shiny bit of plastic in the post too.

It isn't the most str8 forward of systems, if you want to depart from Denmark, you find it listed under K for Kingdom of Denmark for example.

Find available flights then call Eurobonus.
