I purchased a ticket on NWA for travel in Nov. to LGW. Looked online tonight and airfare has gone down $117. Called the silver elite line, agent told me that I dont get a refund or voucher because the change fee is $200. Does this sound right? I thought they would give a refund for most of it. Thx
