Thanks so much for your suggestions and experiences. I remember very clearly that the Plat. Reservation CSR did clear the use of the EEO with the hotel- she put me on hold for a few minutes while doing this. But of course it was some overnight clerk at 11 P.M. who may not have known their policy or more likely didn't really care to look into my res. but just said the automatic yes whenever he's called about the hotel accepting EEOs.
