My question has to do which combination of 3 seats should I snag...

Would seats A/B/D be better or D/E/F? ...
Cheers,

First off, I'd pick whichever set of seats you can get in a bulkhead row. That way, no worries about Miss HalfSwede kicking the seat in front, etc.

If both options are available in bulkhead, then I'd go for A/B/D (or F/H/J of course). Not only does the window provide a little more amusement, that layout allows Miss HalfSwede to be fully supervised by one parent while the other gets more of a "real" break - whether to sleep or read / watch a movie / whatever.
