The "Who do I talk to/complain to at the airport" thread

There seem to be a number of threads with really great bits of information about who to talk to at the airport if you have a problem at security. I've seen terms such as FSD, GSC, etc. thrown around in different threads but, based on comments that I have seen in those threads, thought that it might be handy to have one thread where some of the experts can tell us who to summon if we have a problem that we want handled immediately.

Please note, this is not a thread to bash the TSA and I would invite TSOs to participate, since having a viable chain of command and informed travelers benefits everyone. Rather, it would be great if the more experienced travelers could put their two cents in about the appropriate people to ask for if passengers have issues at security. For instance, what is an FSD or GSC and when should I ask for one? Who else is available to handle immediate problems?

Thanks everyone for your input.
