Ok so I just got a callback from a supervisor, they are 'noting something on my account', and I need to wait 7 to 10 days and then callback to the SMS desk, give them my skymiles # and they will let me know what they are going to do. They are going to try and have Jacksonville airport reticket a credit for me, if Jacksonville won't do this then they'll call my home airport (SLC) and see if they will reticket it for me.

So great, i'm now in a "holding pattern" for 7 to 10 days. Love it!
