i'm still on with SMS, they came back and asked if I knew another name, Loraine Russell, nope never heard of Loraine, but they said the 2 names appear to be linked together.

SO... warning to those thinking about accepting a bump voucher... identity theft appears to happen with these. When I accepted the voucher they told me that the 006 # at the bottom was as good as cash to anyone that possessed the voucher, I could write the voucher # down and shred the voucher, all I would need is the # on the bottom.

You used to be able to transfer these, but you had to appear at the airport to use them and sign them over (I used them for my dad before, but I had to be there to book the ticket for him), now the fraud potential is MUCH MUCH higher.
