I thought if there was a name change in the voucher it would not accept it online and it must be done at the aiport w/ the voucher receipent??? I could be wrong not exactly sure how the online experience is w/ the vouchers. I'm sure revenue managment would be interested and would be able to investigate this issue if the case was fraud. I would pursue the matter w/ them.
