Ok so I was bumped last week and received $400 voucher, it has been tucked away in my laptop bag ever since. I went to redeem it today and found only $6 remaining on it, called SMS and someone named "Kalina Sanders" used it for a flight. Ok well great, I hope Ms Sanders had a fun flight, but I have clue who Kalina Sanders is.

So someone must have figured out the numbering system and just started punching in numbers to try and get free travel.

Any chance I'll have any recourse on this? Does Delta have a fraud department to handle things like this??
