But why should it say it is not upgradeable when it is? You just have to use systemwides. It is a mileage plus rule not a fare rule. I know it is tough to know all the rules for fares and mileage plus, but they are all printed out.

Systemwides are fully transferable so maybe if you have something worth trading for, a kind person with a couple extras may be willing to help out.
