The wording on the Systemwide Upgrade under #3 in the T's & C's says that fares C,D,Y,B,M,H,Q,V,W,S,K,L,T are elgible "EXCEPT when the terms and conditions of the sale state that the fare is not eligible for upgrades." So I'm assuming this "condition" is applied to efares making them ineligible?
