Good idea. In F, I've had the "sampler" bkfst which is great -- different meats and eggs, just forget the bread. Other bkfsts are the hardest to do low carb, pretty much nothing to eat, bkfst is the hardest meal to get on an airline in any low carb version.
Coach is horrible because you get two grams of food in any case, and if you don't eat the carbs you'd better have brought something to eat.
Dinner is okay in C or F, just don't eat the dessert and be prepared to go a bit hungry although you can eat the main course (provided they don't just have the pasta left, but I find this rarely happens, usually they have the meat or fish thing available).
