Great point OZ.... also, isnt it always helpful to know that the agent uses as "excuse" not to sign you up, ie;

- place of residence
- membership tier
- targeted marketing

I think this may be useful when posting, because some of the veterans on the board may have had similar bounces for same reasons in the past and could have tackled them (using other fine tactics but not the famous & very effective call again mentioned by Glen).
