I had to cancel a discounted business fare ticket, SFO-MUC-SFO that cost a little under $3000 with all taxes and fees. I was relieved to learn that LH will give me all of my money back except for $300. I don't know how this compares with other airlines but I thought this was pretty decent for such a discounted ticket.
