For questions regarding the 60-day membership, I suggest calling the WC 800 number rather than talking to someone at one of the clubs. The people at the 800 number know the real story--aside from the duration, the 60-day membership is the same as a "regular" membership. In fact, the paper card you get as a 60-day member is the exact same card that's given to "regular" members when they first purchase a membership (to be used until their plastic card shows up in the mail).
Since the wording on the website causes lots of people confusion, I'll add that the pass can be purchased over the phone--it does not have to be purchased in person at a club.
FWIW, I have used the 60-day pass with no problem whatsoever at several DL CRCs.
