NWA does have faults, as anyone who has flown this summer has seen. I set up for trade shows throughout the year. You wonīt see me flying in the same day for a show, and in most cases 1 or 2 days before an event. If itīs important to be there, then you figure for getting there with some extra time.

The lack of control of the OPīs travel booking seems to be much of the problems here. I book 100% of my flights, and always check the connection times, including rechecking all flight details a week or two before the flight in case there have been any schedule changes.
